Jambo is Thynker’s flagship product: an AI-powered contact form and routing platform. Operators build forms with a drag-and-drop editor, customize every part of the design, and let Jambo’s intent matching route each submission to the right person in real time — with full analytics and multi-tenant access from day one.
Why a product
The first version of Jambo was a service we ran for clients: design a form, route submissions with AI, monitor what came through. It worked — but the same shape kept reappearing across engagements, with the same operator asking for the same controls.
So we turned the workflow into a product. Not a thinner version of the service — the full operator experience: build, customize, route, template, and analyze, without waiting on an engineering team for every change. Jambo is what the workflow looks like when it’s something a team can run themselves.
That’s the bar for every Thynker flagship: it has to be the version of the work we’d choose if we were the operator.
